Vanditos Classic American Van meet.

If you've been before you know the score, we are a classic American van club who own, adore and admire 60's, 70's and cool 80's classic American vans.

Vanditos VC has a yearly party, and your invited!!

The party is not for profit, and includes the world famous vanditos homebrew. DJ's, alternate show and shine, and other festivities over the weekend Everyone with a classic American Van or who loves the scene, or even just wants to buy an American van is welcome.

TICKETS AND BOOKING

Due to size of the venue and the number of participants at the previous events, we have had to set a limit of vans/vanners/caravans who can attend VJ4.We will not be offering tickets at the gate, so please book tickets via www.vanditos.co.uk.

If you have any issues with booking tickets online please contact an admin on Facebook or email cnutley@me.com.

Vanditos VC reserves the right to refund the ticket fee where the event is cancelled or the maximum number of participants are met. We will contact any participants where we need to refund tickets in advance of the event.

This is a chilled event , help us keep it that way , VanditosVC only has one rule!

DON'T BE A DICK

Our no.1 rule is "Don't be a dick" it's quite simple, if you're in any doubt, ask!

Any actions deemed to be unruly and or unacceptable by Vanditos vc ,(actions that may cause upset or distress to others), will lead to you and your vehicle being removed at your own cost. We have no problem calling the security representatives on site and or the local authorities to make this happen.

SITE RULES

We will have a packed Rally field, so we need our attendees to follow some rules imposed on us by the event venue owner.

ACCESS and EGRESS

The roads in and out of the site are clearly marked, there will be no parking on any of the access/fire roads , this is just dangerous, please work with us to keep these clear and access free flowing

No cruising and no unlicensed vehicles are allowed to be used on site at any time.

PETS AND ANIMALS

Look after your animals if they attend. Please keep your animal on a lead at all times, we are sure your animals are fine and very well behaved, but we have to enforce this one , its not up for negotiation.

Clean up after your animal, bins are provided for any mess at the portaloo complex.

LITTER

Please dispose of your litter in the refuse sacks provided and/or in the clearly marked bins throughout the site.

FIRES & BBQs

Only contained fires raised off the ground are permitted. This may include e.g. firepits, chimineas etc. BBQs are welcome but must be off the grass, on something safe. After use let them cool properly and please dispose appropriately. If any fire or container is thought to present a risk of damage to the grass, then we may ask you to stop using it

Vanditos VC  reserves the right to vary or amend these rules at any time without prior notice and to remove any visitor from site who does not observe these rules at any time without compensation. VanditosVC will not be liable for any loss or damage to persons or personal property on site. By purchasing tickets and attending this event, you agree to these terms and conditions.
